We’ve been involved in privately held businesses in the Dallas area since 1995. Now, in addition to assisting for profit businesses, we have entered the world of e-commerce. Having watched the struggles of animal rescue, we wanted to do more than foster and adopt. That’s where Fur the Animals and you come in! With each purchase you help us give back to all the folks who rescue the animals that get left behind.
So, sit back and browse our products. We believe in good quality at a fair price. When we find bargains, we’ll share with you. And, because we try to buy bargains when we can, often times our products are first come first serve. When we run out of some products, we may not be able to get more.
A few random thoughts:
1. You may be aware that the pet product business is very competitive, and margins are tight. One way we combat this is by saving money where we can. You’ll notice we won’t waste money on fancy packaging or printed catalogs.
2. Contacting us. We also save money by keeping our staff very lean. If you call us, you'll more than likely get voice mail. Please leave a message if you want to reach a live person! We do return all calls just as fast as we can.
3. Please allow us to send you email regarding new merchandise, promotions or sales. It is the only way we reach out and get your attention. And, join us by spreading the word to your favorite rescues, and to would be consumers!
4. A final note about packing materials. We’re not a fan of styrofoam peanuts, but you might find some from time to time. When we receive product from our suppliers with peanuts, we will save and reuse them. The environmental concern already exists. So, we might as well get some value from it. However, keep these away from your animals please.
